Our Vision
To see individuals, families, and communities restored, emotionally healthy, and thriving
Our Approach
At Edenia Wellness Centre, our approach is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and holistic care. We integrate evidence-based counseling practices with a trauma-informed perspective to ensure every individual feels safe, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey. For those who desire it, we also incorporate faith and spiritual guidance as part of the process. We recognize that true healing goes beyond the mind—it involves both emotional restoration and spiritual renewal, allowing each person to experience lasting transformation and wholeness.
Our Founder
- Registered Nurse Counselor, MSc Public Health
- Specialist in trauma-informed, faith-based counseling
As a counselor and a woman of faith, I have seen how deeply emotional wounds can affect individuals and families. Edenia is a response to that need—a place where people are heard, supported, and guided toward healing with both professional care and spiritual grounding.
I am passionate about walking with individuals through their healing journey, helping them find clarity, strength, and restoration
My Story
I began my career as a Registered Nurse, caring for individuals during their most vulnerable moments. Over the years, I pursued advanced studies in nursing, psychology, counseling, and public health, not for the titles, but because I witnessed firsthand what medicine alone could not address.
I worked with children and families who had faced trauma and loss, and I realized that healing the body means little if we ignore the mind and spirit.
As a result, my focus evolved. Today, I lead the Edenia Mental Health & Wellness Centre, where we provide trauma-informed care, psychosocial support, and psychoeducation. I also train others, design programs, and advocate passionately for mental health awareness.
After nearly three decades in healthcare, I have come to understand this vital truth: healing requires time, patience, and people who genuinely see and understand you.
My purpose is clear: to restore minds and renew souls.
